Pine nuts Guirlache recipe
Ingredients (4 people):
- 150 gr. of honey
- 150 gr. of sugar
- 50 ml of water
- 250 gr. pine nuts (raw)
- 4 glasses of sweet wine
- mint (to decorate)
Preparation of the Guirlache pine nuts recipe:
Heat the sugar, honey and water in a pan. Cook them for 5 minutes over low heat (until the sugar dissolves and a beautiful one forms candy Golden).
Add the pinions and simmer the mixture for 10-15 minutes.
Spread a sheet of baking paper on a smooth surface. Add the garland and spread it well. Cover with other baking paper and stretch it with a roller. Before it cools completely, mark pieces with a knife and let it cool completely.
Remove the papers, separate the pieces, serve in a bowl and decorate with a mint leaf. Accompany the pine nut guirlache with 4 glasses of sweet wine.
I recommend eating the guirlache in the day because it gets wet easily and loses the crunchy point.
We must moderate the ration of this dessert since it gives us a lot of sugar and fats that although they are fats that help us lower cholesterol, increase the calorie intake.
It is a typical Christmas holiday dessert, but it can also be included in the snacks used by the athlete when you are doing an intense exercise and lasting more than one hour, since it will give you the immediate fuel you may need to finish the test without fainting.
Sweet wine will be eliminated in the case of children and adolescents because it has alcohol.
