Baked Apple Pie Recipe

Ingredients (4 people):

  • 3 reinette apples
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 70 gr of flour
  • 50 gr of brown sugar
  • 30 gr of butter
  • 8 gr of chemical yeast (baking powder)
  • lime zest
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • powdered sugar
  • mint leaves

Preparation of the apple pie recipe:

Shell the eggs, place them in a bowl and mount them with the electric rod mixer. Add the sugar and continue beating.

Add 20 gr of melted butter and lime zest, and continue beating until the ingredients are well incorporated. Pour the milk little by little and continue beating for a few more seconds.

Sift the flour with the yeast and a pinch of salt and incorporate them into the previous mixture.

Peel and discourage apples. Cut them into thin slices and add them to the dough. Mix them carefully so they don't break. Spread the molds with the rest of the butter and form them with baking paper. Pour the dough and bake at 180 ° C for 25-30 min.

Let them cool, demolish them and sprinkle them with a little icing sugar. Serve and garnish with honey threads and mint leaves.
