Soup recipe with tomato and chives

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 30 g cooked noodles
  • some thin carrot strips
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 cooked and chopped egg
  • 1 dash of virgin olive oil
  • 300 ml hot water

Preparation of the soup with tomato and chives recipe:

In a glass jar with a lid, add a tablespoon of perrins sauce (Worcestershire sauce) and another one of chopped chives.

Add cooked noodles, thin carrot strips and tomato sauce. Add the chopped cooked egg and a drizzle of olive oil.

Close the takeaway jar.

When taking the soup, add boiling water and mix. You can eat the soup directly from the jar.

Advice:

This soup is perfect to take away and eat out (at the office, university ...). It is a good idea to take it prepared, since we should only have hot water available at lunchtime.
