Recipe of Egg at low temperature with ear in Open Kitchen
- 2 pig ears
- 3 eggs
- 2 carrots
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 scallion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 celery sticks
- 1 slice of loaf
- olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 rosemary branch
- chopped parsley
Preparation of the recipe of Egg at low temperature with ear:
Cook the ear in salted water. Add rosemary, the green part of the scallion, celery, garlic and paprika. Cover and let it cook for about 40 minutes.
Chop the scallions, carrots, celery, garlic and zucchini and sauté everything in olive oil.
Chop the ear and add it to the vegetables with a little of the cooking broth. Add parsley and salt and let it continue cooking.
Steam the eggs for about 15 minutes.
Cut the bread into sticks and fry them in olive oil.
