Recipe of tomato and mustard tartlets


  • 200 grams of puff pastry
  • 1 bouquet of parsley
  • 80 grs. of cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 knife grated parmesan
  • 1 knife of mustard seeds
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 knife mustard
  • 1 dl. cream
  • Salt and pepper


Extend in one very thin layer of pasta. Make a series of discs and coat with them 8 small tarts (almost ration) or a large one.

Bake to 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop the parsley and put it in the blender with cottage cheese, cream, eggs and half a tablespoon of mustard.

Beat until reduced to a cream and add two tablespoons of grated cheese. Salt and pepper.

Fill the tartlets with the cream Put a slice of tomato in the center of each tartlet and a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper.

Bake in the oven already hot at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.

They are served with tomato or pea sauce.
