Rabbit recipe with Rioja snails
Ingredients (4 people):
- 600 g rabbit
- 60 cooked snails
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 300 ml of tomato sauce
- 100 g of serrano ham
- 100 g chorizo
- 2 joys from La Rioja
- 50 ml of red wine
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 bay leaf
Preparation of the Rabbit recipe with snails from La Rioja:
