Recipe for steak tartare with bulgur
Ingredients of the steak tartare and bulgur steak recipe:
- 1/4 kg deer loin
- 1 scallion
- 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons bulgur
- 1 tablespoon fresh goat cheese
- 50 gr. cheese spread
- 4 Macadamia nuts
- 1 yogurt
- some black olives
- some capers
- some fried corn
- a coriander leaves
- Sesame oil
Preparation of steak tartare and bulgur steak recipe:
Chop capers, olives and fried corn. Mix them in a bowl with oregano, chopped cilantro, peeled and chopped scallions and lime juice. Chop the meat in the chopper and add it to the previous mixture. Add some sesame oil, chopped parsley and pepper. Let it rest in the refrigerator.
In a casserole with water and salt, cook the bulgur for about 5 minutes. Drain and let it cool. Shape the meat mixture and pass it through the bulgur.
Melt the goat cheese in the microwave and mix it with the cheese spread.
Serve the steak tartar balls and accompany with the cheese mixture, whole corn, grated Macadamia nuts and yogurt. Water with a few drops of sesame oil.
