Sausage Potato Rectangle Recipe

- - 8 potatoes
- - 400 gr. fresh chorizo
- - 1 leek
- - 400 gr. ketchup
- - Water
- - olive oil
- - Salt
Preparation of the Potato Chorizo Rectangle
Peel and block the potatoes. Pierce the potatoes with the help of a heartbreaking. Reserve the leftover potato. Remove the skin from the chorizo, crumble the meat and fill the holes in the potatoes.
Place each piece of potato on aluminum foil, pour a splash of oil on top and season. Wrap and bake at 200º C for 40 minutes.
To make the leek cream, clean and chop the leek. Put it in a casserole dish with a splash of oil and a pinch of salt. Add the potatoes you have reserved and sauté for 15-18 minutes. Crush and reserve.
Heat the tomato sauce. Spread the leek cream and tomato sauce on the base of a plate and place a rectangle of potato with chorizo per serving. Decorate the plate with a parsley leaf and serve.
The nutritional value of chorizo depends on the ingredients used in its preparation, but in general, all of them are quite caloric.
