Pumpkin pie with cream recipe

Ingredients (2 people):

  • 300 g pumpkin
  • 1/2 sheet of broken pasta
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g white sugar
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 150 ml evaporated milk
  • Water
  • Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • whipping cream
  • redcurrants and mint leaves to decorate

Preparation of the recipe Pumpkin pie with cream:

For the biscuits, cut the sheet of broken pasta into a square and a circle and put them in two bowls covered with baking paper. Place the bowls on a baking dish and bake at 180 ° C for 10-15 minutes.

Enter the pumpkin in a pot and add a splash of water (so that it does not stick). Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes until it is reduced by half (150 gr).

Place the cooked pumpkin in a blender glass, add the white sugar, brown sugar and spices: ground ginger, ground cloves and ground cinnamon. Shell the egg, add it and season. Shreds and gradually pour the evaporated milk. Spread the cream on the cookies and bake at 180 ° C for 25 minutes, until set. Turn over the bowls, unmold and remove the paper from the base.

Serve the pumpkin pies and accompany with whipped cream. Garnish with currants and mint leaves.
