Recipe of kabobs of bonito, tomato and cucumber

Ingredients of the recipe for kabobs of bonito, tomato and cucumber:

  • - For 4 people:
  • 500 gr of bonito
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 glass of water
  • cornmeal
  • extra virgin oil
  • Salt
  • parsley

Preparation of the recipe for kabobs of bonito, tomato and cucumber:

Clean the tomato, remove the ends and cut into two thick slices. Remove the skin from the loin of bonito (reserve it) and cut it into 4 beautiful slices. Peel the cucumber and with peel vegetables take out 8 long slices.

Wrap cucumber slices around each slice of pretty. Spread tomato and bonito on each skewer.

Chop the pepper, carrots, scallions and put in a pot with oil. Add the skins and the tips of the bonito and continue to sauté, add some parsley branches, white wine and a glass of water. Let cook for 315 minutes. Strain the sauce and add some cornmeal diluted in water. Leave on fire until it thickens.

Place the skewers on the barbecue and cook them for 3 minutes on each side. Serve on a tray, season, sprinkle with chopped parsley and sauté. Put the rest of the sauce in a sauce boat.

Advice

Until the barbecue or iron reaches a uniform heat, you should not start roasting. You should never put the food on the cold grill because the food would stick.
